1. Original abstracts are required for all submissions; full papers are optional. Abstracts must be written in English; full papers may be submitted in Chinese or English.

2. Submissions should highlight innovative contributions and demonstrate significant academic or applied value. Review papers summarizing recent research progress are also welcome.

3. To encourage open exchange, accepted papers will be compiled into an electronic conference proceeding and shared with attendees. No copyright transfer is required. Authors retain full rights to submit their work to other journals or conferences.

4. Submit online via: https://conferences.koushare.com/MPS2025 (or scan the QR code below). Select "Paper Submission" to begin the process.

5. Submissions must strictly adhere to the provided abstract template and formatting guidelines. Authors are required to review the "Submission Instructions" and download the template before submission.

6. The submission portal will close on September 15, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
