2026年世界运动医学与健康大会暨首届国际运动医学与健康产业博览会，经海南省政府、海南省旅游和文化广电体育厅批准，依照“2026年度省级会展支持计划文件的通知（琼商展函【2025】144号）”，定于2026年10月8日-12日在海南国际会展中心（海口市）隆重召开。
Dear Esteemed Experts and Scholars：
The 2026 International Conference of Sports Medicine and Health and the First International Sports Medicine and Health Industry Expo, approved by the People’s Government of Hainan Province and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports of Hainan Province, and in accordance with the “Notice on Issuing the 2026 Provincial-level Convention and Exhibition Support Plan” (Qiong Shang Zhan Han [2025] No. 144), is scheduled to be grandly held from October 8 to 12, 2026 at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou City.

As a pioneer zone for opening-up under the Free Trade Port policy, Hainan is becoming a hub for gathering international medical and health resources and translating innovative academic achievements by virtue of its policy and resource advantages. This conference aims to promote the implementation of the Healthy China and Sports Power strategies, while actively promoting the concepts and models of Integration of Sports and Medicine, Integration of Sports and Health, Active Health, Return to Sport nationwide.

As a significant academic event within the realm of sports medicine and health, this conference will set up multiple thematic concurrent sessions. Grounded in scientific frontiers and integrating global insights, it will foster collaborative innovation and sustainable development for the Healthy China initiative, construct a high-level and professional exchange platform, disseminate internationally advanced research findings and technological innovations, and expedite the translation of academic research into clinical practice and public health policies.

参会代表请登录会议网站http://ismh.com.cn在线填写注册信息进行网上交费，参会时，请您持 “注册码 ”在会议注册处签到并领取资料，发票将于会议结束后15个工作日内发送至邮箱。
Conference delegates shall log in to the official conference website (ismh.com.cn) to complete the online registration form and make payment online. On-site, please present your Registration Code at the conference registration desk to check in and collect conference materials. Official invoices will be sent to your registered email address within 15 working days after the conclusion of the conference.

（3）投稿要求：
Submission Requirements
1、投稿须为未经公开发表的中文摘要或中英文对照摘要，应具备科学性、创新性与实用性。
Submissions should be in unpublished abstracts format (in Chinese or Chinese-English bilingual) that exhibit scientific rigor, innovation, and practical applicability.
2、摘要结构须包含：研究目的、对象与方法、结果（需列明主要数据）、结论四部分，字数建议800—1200字。
Abstracts should adhere to the standard academic structure, which includes Research Objectives, Population, Methodology, Results and Findings (with core data presented), and Conclusion. The suggested length ranges from 800 to 1200words.
3、投稿一律通过大会官方网站提交，请在截止日期前完成在线投稿。
All submissions are required to be made exclusively through the official conference website (ismh.com.cn). Please complete the online submission prior to the deadline.
4、接收电子版稿件，作品以“第一作者姓名+单位+论文题目”命名。
Only electronic submissions are accepted. Name the file in the following format: First Author Name + Affiliation + Article Title.
（4）论文评选：
Paper Review and Selection
1、入选通知：会务组将于2026年09月01日后与作者联系。
Notification of Acceptance: Notification of Acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by the conference secretariat after September 1, 2026.
2、交流形式：入选论文将以专题口头报告或现场壁报交流的形式在大会进行展示。
Presentation Formats: Accepted abstracts will be presented as either oral presentations or on-site poster presentations at the conference.
3、优秀论文评选：大会将设立“优秀论文奖”，由专家评审委员会根据论文的学术价值与创新性进行评选，并为获奖作者颁发获奖证书。
Outstanding Paper Awards: The conference will establish “Outstanding Paper Awards”, which will be selected by the Expert Review Committee in accordance with academic value, methodological rigor and innovation. Award recipients will be presented with official certificates of recognition.
